Career Guidance: Empowering Informed Choices

At Vallaba Schools, we believe career guidance is essential for helping students discover their strengths and aspirations early on. In Grade IX, every student participates in a comprehensive career awareness program led by expert facilitators. Through interactive sessions, detailed questionnaires, and one-on-one discussions, we help each student identify their top three career paths—sharing these insights with both students and parents. This process sparks meaningful conversations at home and school, empowering our learners to make confident, informed decisions about their futures.

Career Profiling

Students in Grade IX undergo Career awareness session conducted by an NGO followed by filling by questionnaires on various interests, aspirations, skills, likes, dislikes over three days. After careful study of study of student responses and one on one interaction, top three career choices for a student is identified and shared with student & respective parents.

This helps students at a certain level to start having career based conversations with family and peers.

College Trips

Students of Grades XI & XII are taken on one day trips to colleges / universities for inspiration and information purposes.

Since 2022 (when our first batch of students reached Grade XI), we have taken students to IIT Chennai, Madurai Medical College, Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Thiagarajar College of Management and Thiagarajar College of Architecture.

Students have got a chance to interact with professors, students and learn about future potential in a degree & career.
