Like a Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM), during which a parent meets a teacher to know developmental feedback on a student, we have Student Teacher Meetings, where a Student has a one-on-one meeting with a teacher. The teacher informs the student about positives, areas of improvement and listens to the concerns of a student.
STM’s happen thrice a year (in the middle of every term) and calendared for students above Grade VII. Students take ownership of his/her progress and asks for developmental feedback.
The teacher considers the student as mini-adult and feedback on positives and areas of improvement.
