M. Vallappan
Chairman
Vallaba Vidyalaya, run by ARV Educational Trust is the brain child of Mr.M.Vallappan, who has a strong desire to give back to the society that nurtured him to be what he is today. He is the Chairman of the trust.

Arun Vallappan
Correspondent
Mr. Arun has a bachelors in Computer science [B.E(Hons.)] from BITS Pilani, Rajasthan and a masters in business administration (MBA) from Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada. He has worked with Wells Fargo Bank (U.S.A) as Software Analyst and Roots (Canada) as Analytics Coordinator. During his study he has interned in France and Denmark in technology, marketing and social enterprise roles.

V. Navaneetha Krishnan
Senior Principal
He has received an Achievement Award from the World Friendship Council for his active participation in social service in the UAE during his period as General Secretary and President of Tamil Nadu Cultural Association – Sharjah.
From 2007 to 2010, he served as a Senior Instructor in Science Faculty at the Institute of Applied Technology at Ras Al Khaimah – UAE.
From 2010 to 2012, he served as a Principal in Isha Vidhya Matriculation School, Coimbatore.
From 2013 to 2021, he served as a Principal at Vikaasa School (CISCE Board) Ponnagaram, Madurai, where he created professional development courses for teachers and implemented innovative teaching strategies that helped the students produce remarkable results in board exams.
From 2021 to 2023, he was serving as a consultant for a few CBSE Schools on improving the academic quality.

P. Arunachalam
Principal
Mr. Arunachalam has a B.A & M.A from Madura College (1987-92), M.Phil from Pondicherry University (1992-92), a degree in Library Science from Madurai Kamaraj University (1999-2000), Ph.D in Philosophy from Madurai Kamaraj University with High Commendation (2001-07), and a B.Ed (Social Science) from IGNOU (2013-2015).
Certifications: Educational Leadership Course from Centre for Education Management and Development, New Delhi (2008-09) with Distinction; Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers in 2010; Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International (Speaking and Listening) Grade 6 in 2015.
Work Experience:
(1994-2003) Teacher in History/Academic Coordinator at Velammal Thiruppuvanam from 1994-2003.
(September 2000 – April 2003) Guest Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy, Madurai Kamaraj University.
(2007-2008) Worked as Project Coordinator in a Project of IIT-Madras.
(May 2008 to May 2011) Subject Expert cum Teacher Educator (Social Science) in Pearl Academic Leadership Institute (Teacher Training Division) of Velammal Group of Schools.
(June 2011 to April 2014) Vice-Principal (Academics) in Velammal Vidyalaya.
(June 2014 to May 2016) Principal (Academics) at Kamlavati Hr. Sec. School, Tuticorin.
(June 2016 to April 2019) Principal at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar.
(June 2019 to May 2024) Senior Principal in Palaniappa International Sr. Sec. School (CBSE) Thiruppur.
He has actively participated in seven major theatre productions and two street plays. Some of the noteworthy ones are:
- A play named ‘Spartacus’ produced by Nija NatakaI Iyakkam directed by Dr. M. Ramaswami.
- A play named Thangakkudam (a Children’s Play in Malayalam) but performed in Tamil at Lakshmi School in which he served as the Assistant Director.
- A skit named “Noise” directed by him won the National Award in the Inter-University National Youth Festival held at Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh in Feb 2004.
- Other contributions in theatre art include Bharatha Dharmam, The Revolutionary Poet, The Blind Age, The Dead Lion & Three Pandits, Prometheus Bound, Muyal Singam Kenaru, and The Agony of Macbeth.
